1 credit generates 1 DOCX, and 2 credits generate 1 PDF. For example, the Pro plan's 1,000 monthly credits cover 1,000 DOCX documents or 500 PDFs, or any mix of the two.
You can buy a credit pack anytime (packs start at $5 and are available on every plan, including free), or upgrade to a plan with a bigger monthly allowance. Anything you already generated stays downloadable within your plan's retention window.
Monthly plan credits refresh each billing period and unused ones do not roll over. Purchased credit packs last longer: they expire 365 days after purchase.
Yes. Switch plans from the dashboard whenever you like. Stripe prorates the difference automatically, so you only pay for what you use in the current period.

Credits that have already been consumed are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate.
