Cookie Policy

1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide information to website owners.
2. Cookies We Use
We use a minimal set of cookies, all strictly related to operating the service:
Essential cookies
The dashboard application uses a session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie is HttpOnly (not accessible to JavaScript), expires after 8 hours, and contains no personally identifiable information -- only a session identifier.
Analytics cookies (PostHog)
We use PostHog to understand how visitors use our marketing site and product dashboard. PostHog sets cookies that track your session, device type, and which features you interact with. No content from your documents or templates is sent to PostHog.
PostHog cookies are first-party (set on the
bulkrender.com
domain). We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting cookies, or
third-party tracking networks.
3. How to Opt Out
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that blocking essential session cookies will prevent you from logging in to the dashboard.
To opt out of PostHog analytics specifically, you can call
posthog.opt_out_capturing()
in your browser console while on any BulkRender page. This sets a
persistent opt-out flag in your browser.
Most modern browsers also support the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. We honour GPC signals where technically feasible.
4. Changes to This Policy
If we introduce new cookies or change how we use existing ones, we will update this page and revise the date above.
